My mission is to teach people of all ages in a personal and generous way. I would like to create a safe space for you to explore and connect with your inner self. A space where we can heal and support each other.
My Yoga Story
Teaching yoga has filled my heart with a profound sense of happiness since 2012. Since then I have accumulated over 1,000 hours of accredited yoga teacher training. I teach my classes with love and attentive care. I believe in small, personalized classes and in a trusting relationship between teacher and student. Since I started teaching yoga, I have had the opportunity to work with healthy people, pregnant women, kids, the elderly, and also those with mental illness.
